Management plays a vital role in the business world as it involves the process of organising and carrying out activities efficiently and effectively. The scope of management not only includes managing people but also other resources within an organisation.



This programme is designed to equip students with practical skills and knowledge in management. As new technology inevitably alters the nature of how an organisation works, the pace of change demands a constant review of procedures and process. Technological and supervisory skills are vital for a new environment to run smoothly and effectively. As such, the main objective of this programme is to prepare students for managerial positions with a sound IT knowledge and to secure professional ethics in carrying out their managerial duties and responsibilities.

The structure of this programme is as follows:

- To enable the student to acquire English competency
- To give opportunities to pursue further education
- Equip students with the relevant courses in industry
- Inculcate positive attitudes pertaining to independence and resourcefulness
- Train students to manage their time and resources through careful planning and clear objective


Entry Requirements

- A pass in SPM / SPMV / 'O' Level with 3 credits and at least a pass in Mathematics or other equivalent qualification which is recognised by the Malaysian Government; or Relevant certificates with the minimum standard required by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA / LAN) or been granted MQA / LAN accreditation.

English Proficiency Requirement
International students must possess the following minimum English Language proficiency requirement before being allowed to register for Faculty courses as listed in the respective programme structures: TOEFL score of 450 or IELTS band 4.

The validity period for TOEFL and IELTS is two (2) years from the date of the award.

Without such qualifications, international students are required to register for and pass the Intensive English Programme. This English programme will incur additional charges apart from the respective Programme Fee.

Career Prospects

Graduates of the programme May start of as Junior Executives, Customer Service Officers, Telemarketers, Sales personnel or as the Front liners of organisations in both the public and private sectors.
