Dr Morni Hj Kambrie (Founder and Chairman SIDMA College), and Puan Azizah Khalid Merican (CEO) who have been very supportive of such event have been sponsoring and giving all the necessary supports needed to ensure all potential athletes are given the opportunity to participate in such activities.  They added that there are millions of boys and girls participating in organised sports and games each year; and the numbers keep on increasing every years. This being so as there are the positives behind all this participation, such as inculcating the spirit of good sportsmanship, team work, understanding and goodwill among the students from diverse background, and each can become champion in their respective sports regardless of race, religion or place of origin.

They took the opportunity to thank Mr L Ronny Lampok (Manager, Student Affairs Department), Students Representative Council (SRC), staff of SIDMA College for their collaboration and cooperation to ensure that potential athletes are given the opportunity to participate in the event.

Dr Morni and Puan Azizah also took the opportunity to convey their sincere appreciation to students who have contributed so much to ensure the continuous success and achievement of SIDMA College Team during such event. They hoped that respective team leaders to be more selective and open while selecting their players and ensured that only committed and responsible athletes be chosen as team players and be sponsored to participate during such event. Team leaders should always be more open and on the lookout for potential candidates from the new students to replace the existing one should they show any signs of non-commitment to represent the college either at college, inter-colleges, state or national level.
